He brings over two decades of logistics leadership to the role, including a foundational 20-year tenure optimizing fleet operations and network design at Knight Transportation. Following his time at Knight, Brett founded Loadsmith, a digital freight platform that he rapidly scaled to over $125 million in annual revenue while pioneering early autonomous freight deployments through a strategic partnership with Kodiak Robotics. He also founded TrailerHawk.ai, an autonomous-ready trailer intelligence company that developed a unified ecosystem for cargo assurance and digital chain-of-custody before being acquired by Wabash. Today, Brett leverages this extensive experience at the intersection of transportation and technology to build the infrastructure necessary for widespread autonomous trucking adoption.
