Full-time (40 hours, 5 days) Research Scientists – Motion Planning and Prediction are needed in Brookshire, TX office to
Design and implement algorithms that can comprehend road structures and elements, vehicles and other objects as scenarios.
Participate in cutting-edge research in machine learning to build the prediction and decision-making module for autonomous vehicles.
Coordinate decision-making, control dynamics and trajectory generation algorithms to produce optimal trajectory that minimizes risk.
Integrate decision-making with various factors including perception, prediction, HD map, localization and control systems within a complex automation architecture.
Build infrastructures that can easily and precisely reproduce every case found in testing and simulation.
Conduct research on the latest technology advancements in artificial intelligence and adapt to autonomous driving systems.
Position requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field; with minimum 5 years of motion planning and prediction experience in the autonomous vehicle industry to include the following: conduct machine learning research on prediction and interactive behavioral planning in autonomous driving; design and optimize algorithms for motion planning and prediction module; integrate decision-making with various factors within automation architecture; establish motion planning and prediction related standards for HD map; with demonstrated knowledge in algorithms, data structures, complexity, machine learning, deep learning, C/C++, Python.
