Full-time (40 hours, 5 days) Senior Accounting Manager is needed in Brookshire, TX office to

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.

• Analyze data, and prepare month-end closing and reconciliation, financial reports.

• Lead on monthly rolling and annual budgets and costs for R&D and Autonomous Feight Network, establish financial and operational analytics.

• Lead financial planning, and provide strategic guidance on capital financing options to support the startup’s growth.

• Design, implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance.

• Manage and maintain due diligence report, annual corporate tax and

  R&D tax credit filing.

Position requires Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; with minimum 4 years’ experience as an Accounting Manager in the autonomous vehicle industry to include the following: financial management and reporting; budgeting and forecasting; internal controls and audit; startup financing, and proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems.
