Full-time (40 hours, 5 days) Staff Program Managers – Algorithm are needed in Brookshire, TX office to

• Plan and design Objective and Key Results (OKR) for three Algorithm teams, track the progress of algorithm projects, and proactively overcome project challenges and mitigate risks.

• Satisfy the Functional Safety and Quality Assurance requirements to ensure design adheres to the Validation and Verification necessities.

• Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications between cross-functional key stakeholders and algorithm teams.

• Build and sustain momentum among cross-functional TPMs and workstreams towards delivering on time and on target.

Position requires Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related field; with minimum 2 years' project management experience in the autonomous driving industry to include the following: lead design and development projects of autonomous driving system; manage and maintain algorithm software development and release lifecycle; design and execute vehicle functional safety testing plans; with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.
